Can't wake up after sleep mode or press the physical power button

In sleep mode, it doesn’ wake up with the Enter or any other key/ physical power button.

I have factory reset from Windows options: Start, Settings, Update & Security, Recovery, Reset this PC and factory reset the BIOS, but problem still exisit.
