I seem to remember that there was a 2-in-1 tablet that had a problem with the backlight about 5 years ago and Chuwi solved it with a Bios update but it was due to a technical problem. I don’t know of any patch to make laptop lighting permanent as it would greatly reduce battery life.

Tech told me this:
Press Fn+F5 on the keyboard to turn on or off the backlight, and Fn+F6/F7 to increase or decrease the backlight brightness.
As there is no patch for now to make it like always turn on or turn off.

Yes we cannot, for that we need a patch, and they are on it. I am collecting all your serial numbers. But i do not know when it will be available.
