Corebook x 1245 additional memory

Hello. Could you please help.
I have two problems:

  1. Want to upgrade memory of my corebook but after installing additional memory caught “black screen”. Without additional memory everything works fine.

Memory which was added kingspec 16Gb DDR4 2666MHz KingSpec SO-DIMM (KS2666D4N12016G)

What memory should work and what is the max size, which could be added?

  1. Also, after updating windows fn+space doesn’t work. All other combinations works good. How to solve this problem?

in theory what you say is right, our RAM can be DD4 16GB
