Ihave problem with chuwi that after start win 10 I could not go any further because keyboard not working and little icon for keylock is lightning blue

How to go further with work.

Have you tried clicking on Sign-in options and choosing password and entering your password?
If you still want to use the PIN type the first three numbers and click on the little ‘eye’ icon at the end of the box that you enter the PIN in this will show you what you have already typed. Check it is OK before you enter the last digit.
