Hello Chuwi Team, I need your support to repair my Chuwi Hi10 Max (Motherboard model: CW129_PCB_MB_v2.2, Serial Number: ZHiMaxHZ1H250600613). After a month of inactivity, the tablet completely died and would not charge. I purchased a replacement battery, but upon connecting it, the IT5571E-128 EC chip burned instantly because the new battery had an incompatible wiring configuration. I already have a blank replacement chip and the correct original battery ready. To proceed, I need to know if the IT5571E-128 auto-loads its firmware from the main BIOS or if it requires external programming. Could you please provide the official BIOS file and the EC firmware for this model? Thank you for your help.

Hi, I am aware this is a user forum. I am a user doing a component-level repair on my own device, and I am asking the community because official support channels typically do not provide raw BIOS dumps or EC firmware for board-level repairs. If any fellow user has a dump for the CW129_PCB_MB_v2.2 motherboard or knows if the IT5571E-128 auto-loads its firmware on this specific model, your help would be greatly appreciated.
