Hi10 max "No power & No Boot"

I purchased the Hi10 Max tablet on March 14, 2025 (Order #GLB24638). I’ve only used it three or four times since then. However, when I recently attempted to use it again, the device would not turn on or charge. Serial: ZHiMaxHZ1H250302236

This was the response from Chuwi’s technical support team two days later:
Dear customer,

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please unplug all external devices and power adapters (chargers) while the computer is turned off. Then, press and hold the computer’s power button for about 15 seconds before releasing it. Don’t press it for too long. Wait for 5 seconds, then reconnect the external power supply separately and try turning it on to see if it works.

To which I responded the same day:
I followed the suggested process, but the device still doesn’t show that it’s charging or turn on. I need warranty service as soon as possible.
Thank you.

To date, I have not received a response to my warranty request.
I reiterate that I request that the product warranty be honored as soon as possible; I need the device working.

Hi, I don’t have a Chuwi tablet.
A tablet is like a phone:

  1. When you plug in the charger, does it show any signs of charging?
  2. Did you leave it charging overnight?

Hi
The Hi10 max is a Windows tablet,
When connected it shows nothing, not even the charging light.
I’ve tried several solutions, including leaving it charging for 1 day, 2 days… now I’m trying to charge it with a power bank.
My power bank shows that it’s draining, so we’ll see what happens.

I think you should only use the original charger.

You can press the power button for about 30 seconds and then plug in the charger. ?

It shows a charging percentage. ?

On Android, there’s a key combination to enter the recovery.
On this tablet, there may be a key combination to enter the BIOS.

You can check the support thread and ask how to send the device in for repair.

It may be because it is on, that’s why I told you to press the power button to turn it off.

I already told my colleague to answer youm

Good morning

I shipped the tablet with all its components (charger, keyboard, stylus) on May 20, 2025. According to the tracking (<Tracking - DHL -), the package should have been received on May 26, 2025. Images of the shipment tracking are attached.

Tracking - DHL -

International tracking of your DHL shipment: have your DHL tracking number at hand to track and trace.

Today is June 5 (more than one week after receiving it). I still have not received a refund for the amount paid for the product.

Please process the refund as soon as possible. (I purchased the Hi10 Max tablet on March 14, 2025 (Order #GLB24638).

Today, after returning the product via DHL, I still haven’t received a refund for the money I paid for it.
I refuse to believe Chuwi treats its customers this way. I hope not. I’ll continue posting to see my situation, hoping they resolve this issue. It’s been over 20 days since I reported it.
