My tablet shutdown while in use and will not reboot. I have tried several different presses of the power button and in combination with volume controls. The power light was initially red so I charged to green. The tablet now only has blue light after long power button press. No other press of the power button turns on the unit or any other lights. As it now there is no power except the blue light. Please help. Tablet purchased directly from Chuwi store less than 60 days ago.

A service request has been made and awaiting a response. I am trying all avenues hoping someone has a resolution for this issue or that Chuwi will respond. Thanks
If it runs on android try the following; push the power button for more than 40 seconds till you see the startlogo.
