Chuwi LARKBOOK X screen is black

Hello team,
Recently my Larkbook X S/N larkbQ256G20110275 was working fine and on a restart the screen went dark. It has some backlight when it is turned on but no image.

I have attempted to connect to another screen and it shows image on another screen by USB-C.

How can i access the BIOS to reset it?
Are there Bios updates for the system and how can i update it.
Is this a know issues( i have read similar topics here)
Is there a presentation mode i might be missing?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

"Chuwi offers support via email for consultations and after-sales support and 1 year warranty on its products.
Sorry, we are not sure about your order number but your LarkBook order should in 2022 and is out of warranty.
We are unable to offer further service for your order. Hope for your understanding.

Exactly my point and already asked the support email. but the answer was poor so far.

They actually give a one year warranty from purchase so our Larkbook is effectively out of coverage. You should figure out how much it costs to replace the screen and also figure out how much it costs to ship it in for repair.

I am inquiring that but the initial answer was very poor.

Also i should add that the Chuwi devices MUST have 2 year warranty as all EU sold products.

We have two repair centers, one in Germany one in Hong Kong. As your computer is an old one, probably in Germany they wont be able to be repaired because it seems to be hardware issues.
So i think my colleague told you that because wont be worthy to send to Hong Kong and pay the repair. And in Hong Kong they take months to finish it .For that better buy a new computer, if its the screen issue we dont have screen replacement for Larkbook anymore either. Take it to a repair store nearby your house, and ask them what it could be if its a piece, i still can ask in the warehouse if we have something, then we can send it to you.

Our store gives 1 year warranty. We apologize for for the moment is like that.

Hello, I understand your statement, but that is not what support wrote.

Basically they say, it’s out of warranty so nothing else to say. This does not seem a good approach.
