Problem:

  • Battery drains fast. I always get approximately 2 hours of use.
  • I dont use any power intensive softwares. Just web browsing, youtube, and document editing.
  • Already did 5 battery power cycles

You should write the store and ask if possible for repair or send you a new battery.

Messaged them already but they haven’t replied yet. But is this due to the faster n100 processor? Given that the previous processors are lower power. Thanks for your reply btw.

Seller replied that the average battery life of this minibook with n100 processor is only 2 hours. Is that right? Would like to know from the Chuwi admins. Thanks

Yes between 2 and 3 Hours. I have tried also to make several videos before and its similar.

Thanks for the reply. I’m disappointed with the battery life of this minibook n100. I also have a minibook X n100 and the battery life averages 4 hours.

Seller replied also that this minibook with n100 has 2 to 3 hrs battery life. Not a battery or software problem.
