The keyboard on the laptop is entirely functional except the row which has all the number keys, the exception for this is the backspace. Serial Number is ZMinBXHY4H250301055.
Did you just buy the computer?
If so send it back and replace
If not, did you try to use an external keyboard to check if the same happens?
I have just bought it and when I first turned it on, I can confirm that it that it was working, as I did connect the laptop to my wifi and the password required number inputs. I’ve used an external keyboard and all inputs worked, I’ve used the inputs for the keyboard in tablet mode. It was functional. I’ve tried restarting everything reinstalling windows, I’ve tried updating Windows to most recent. I would prefer however if there is any other avenue to explore to potentially fixing this that does not include shipping it back as that is quite expensive?
