Did Chuwi abandon mini book users? He sent two e-mails about battery purchases to service@chuwi.com, but there was no response even after a few days of checking. I checked the spam mail, but there was no response. This company’s after-sales service is a real mess. I will never buy Chuwi’s product from next time.

I kind of have the same problem, looking for a spare part which CHUWI won’t send me out. At least they replied, but saying they don’t have the keyboard as a spare part for the LapBook Pro. Definitely can’t recommend!

Yes they have abandoned us. No parts for Minibook, I assume that same will happen to laptop owners, after 1 year there are no replacement parts.
It’s a shame that Minibook in my case, is a good device but with no support
