Diplay Port 1.4 AuBox AMD Ryzen 9 IT DOES NOT WORK.

I plug a monitor into the HDMI port and another into the DP 1.4 port, but it doesn’t work.

Generally, you should first check that it works by connecting a single monitor, the HDMI cable, and the DPI cable.

Then connect both monitors.

In Windows, You have to configure the extended desktop.

If the extended Windows configuration isn’t working, You might need to configure it in the BIOS.

It’s always a good idea to look for a tutorial on YouTube.

I’ve tried a lot, and it doesn’t work. Even the technician at the store who sold me the PC and monitor managed to fix it; in the end, he connected it via USB-C.
There’s no option in the BIOS for the DP port.
