Hey, Marmai, thanks for this advice. I downloaded intel soft and installed.
But i didn’t find graphic driver 12.40.44.247. So screen refresh still stucks on 5Hz. Intel soft didn’t install. GPU driver now is 30.0.100.9895 from 23 July 2021 and monitor is named as generic PnP whit basic 10.0.19041.1151 from 21 June 2006
Where i can find it?
And exactly wich driver is it?
Graphic card or screen itseft?
Since some of the drivers interlock, you should install all the drivers that are offered to you. Including the chipset driver.
The monitor is only installed with PNP Generic for me.
If you have installed the Intel Assistant, go to this page and install all the drivers offered.
But I just see that my graphics driver also supports the
30.0.100.9805 is. The 12.40.44.247 is the version number of the INTEL graphics control center

Well, i did it. I install all that was offered, but no changes in the refresh rate.
Do you know any alternative to get them?

Unfortunately, no. You could still try to delete the PNP monitor driver once and have it recognized again.
But actually the generic driver should work.
