Factory keyboard defect - letter “u” - chuwi lapbook se

Dear manufacturer. I ran into a keyboard factory defect problem. At the very beginning, when I bought a laptop, I rarely spontaneously turned on the “u” key and everywhere in the messages I received - uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.
I disabled the letter using the program - mapkeyboard. The seller from whom I bought the laptop on aliexpres says that he has no parts to repair.
I contacted a local laptop repair company - they confirmed to me that this was a manufacturing defect and I needed to change the entire keyboard assembly. Can you help me and send me a part for repair?

I took a video and showed the problem

The manufacturer said that he could not do anything. Windose I can not reinstall sruzu begins sticking buttons - uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. I turned it off programmatically from under Windows and use a temporary screen keyboard. Does the manufacturer recognize a factory defect?

The manufacturer wrote that the model was discontinued. They cannot send the keyboard, they also cannot take it for repair. They do not want to send a new laptop in exchange. I feel asked and cheated by the support team.

They refused to help. I am very sad. For other equipment when I bought there was a guarantee!

Hi. Now I have just a question to Chuwi.

Lapbook se was released in Aug, 2018. Only 2 years made Chuwi discontinue a product and support for it?

By the way, Lapbook se is still now on sale in Aliexpress (with 75-days warranty) and Amazon (tells “this product is NOT discontinued”). These are false sayings ?

Support capability is one of the most important concerns of users. I want to know the answer.

Best regards

The service writes standard unsubscriptions. I am very upset with product quality and service attitude

Please reply to the email with your answer

All my attempts to describe my problem to service @ Chuwi.com ended in failure. The service writes standard unsubscriptions. The seller threw me. the manufacturer threw me. I don’t want to deal with China anymore. It would be better to take lenovo from home.
