Factory keyboard defect - letter “u” - chuwi lapbook se
Dear manufacturer. I ran into a keyboard factory defect problem. At the very beginning, when I bought a laptop, I rarely spontaneously turned on the “u” key and everywhere in the messages I received - uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.
I disabled the letter using the program - mapkeyboard. The seller from whom I bought the laptop on aliexpres says that he has no parts to repair.
I contacted a local laptop repair company - they confirmed to me that this was a manufacturing defect and I needed to change the entire keyboard assembly. Can you help me and send me a part for repair?

Lapbook se was released in Aug, 2018. Only 2 years made Chuwi discontinue a product and support for it?
By the way, Lapbook se is still now on sale in Aliexpress (with 75-days warranty) and Amazon (tells “this product is NOT discontinued”). These are false sayings ?
