For those who are interested by this adventure !
I finally received (2 months later) information saying that my PC has been repaired. They asked me to provide the name, address etc. Information communicated several times (normally linked to the customer account!), either, I have provided this information again and I am still waiting for a tracking number to see how long it will take to receive the PC!
also, I would like to add that I advised another person to buy the freebook360 when I bought two, and I just found out that this person had the same problems with the screen!!! she sent it back for repair⊠Iâm really sorry for giving this buying advice !!!
I can only say, run away, donât buy the freebook 360 anymore.
We really apologize for the delay on repairing and the centers have been very busy lately.
Other users have bought Freebook and did not have these problems. We think it was a batch production that was wrong and we are working on improve it.

That said, apologies are good, but it cost me money, time and stress with my children and the people I advised to buy this product! I donât know if Chuwi realizes this?
Also, you say that it is probably a problem linked to a batch production that was wrong, I remind you that I bought a second freebook for my other son, one year warranty!!! I hope he doesnât have the same problem in the coming weeks or when the warranty ends. Since this is ultimately a batch problemâŠ
Another thing, I had a problem with the charger of the second freebook and it had to be delivered with the freebook for repair⊠This morning, I received the charger alone, not the PC. I therefore do not understand the meaning of the emails received on this point. Would it be possible to obtain a tracking link for the return of the PC please?
We hope the freebook you still have do not have the same problem 
The charger you received is because i insisted it would be sent so at least you would be able to use the Freebook you still have because you told you had to buy another charger to use it. So we send you the charger Freebook you have at home.
The one in repair is still on repair. You will be informed when we send it back.

Itâs unbelievable!!
The Freebook, received today, after 2 months of screen repair! no longer charges. The battery doesnât hold. As soon as the charger is removed, it turns off immediately. What is the point of a portable computer if it has to be plugged into the mains continuously!!!? Why hasnât technical service checked this problem? do I have to send it back again for 2 months of repair?!! no way. I am requesting a refund for this PC, hoping that my other sonâs second freebook will not encounter the same problems.
I am disgusted and desperate. After two months of waiting, my son canât take this damn PC to the university for his classesâŠ
I donât know whatâs going on, but itâs too much, itâs not normal for a PC that has only been used for a few months to have so many problems!!!
