Freebook 360 screen issues

They told me is possible that the battery is not well connected or placed and that is why the computer does not recognize it, they dont think is a drivers issues. Is it possible you can take it to a local store so they can see? open the laptop is not that difficult for a local shop and check it. That could be another option before sending to Germany.

we don’t have a Chuwi store here. Opening it voids the warranty
 I’m going to send it back, pay 20 euros again and wait another 2 months for the return! with these two repair periods and the time of non-operation, I am at 6 months! great.

The freebook was sent this morning. I hope it will be quickly repaired in Germany, not in China!

In theory it would be in Germany. If it needs to be sent to HK, they will tell you. But probably Germany will do it.

The free book 360 was returned (one time more) on May 27 for repair in Germany. 1 month later, no news! so Germany, China
 It doesn’t matter. It takes a huge amount of time even for a simple battery repair. So over a year of warranty, more than half was spent on repairs and the rest without using the PC!!! what a bad deal.

I asked my colleagues, is still in repair. As i advised, it would be long, that is why i suggested to take it to a local store, to know exactly what was the problem.And see if it was a piece that we could sent out.
They will inform you when its repaired.

I don’t understand why it takes so long for a stupid battery problem, supposed to be able to be repaired by anyone, so it’s possible to do it even faster in the Chuwi Germany service. There is no excuse aside from the fact that the service is way below other brands.

I know how it works. A product that is under warranty should not be opened by a third party. And what’s more, I don’t have to take it to another repairer and pay when the problem (yet another one) is caused exclusively by Chuwi. And what’s more, there is no local Chuwi service.

Now regarding the warranty, a question I have asked several times, in the forum and to customer service and I have not had an answer. The computer has not been used for a very long time due to technical problems, the warranty date will expire without being able to use the product
 will it be extended?

I still have no feedback from customer service after two months of repairs in Germany (I remind you, after several months of repairs in China).

That said, what a new very bad message from Chuwi. The warranty will not be extended !! I realize that Chuwi doesn’t care about its customers. The problems are due to the poor quality of their products and it is the customer who must pay the transport costs, lose the warranty and lose the usufruct of the products for months.

I think Chuwi has a lot to learn from other brands. I have already had problems with certain products and I have always either been refunded or replaced the product free of charge and certainly never paid any fees or lost the warranty


Chuwi never misses an opportunity to tell its customers that you are pigeons, and to tell future customers to run away and look elsewhere!

On the other hand, it is more than obvious, to me and to everyone who is on this forum, that Chuwi in no way takes customer problems into account and does not learn any marketing lessons from what is happening.

In addition to technical failures, they are also champions in commercial and customer service failures. We are sold a professional brand image but in reality, they are far from it.

It’s not normal that my second PC goes for repair twice for more than 3 months each time and that the sales department turns a deaf ear!!! the product is bad and I asked for the repair twice then asked for another new one and since you don’t give any suitable follow-up, I ask for the refund of my second freebook360.

This way of treating its customers is not worthy of Chuwi.

then battery issue after the first repair !!! (3 months and not repaired yet)

Total of more than 8 months not used.

The repair center is on holidays , will come back on september, they are the whole month of August so maybe that is why is taking too long.

Would you please contact them again? I feel like this is a punishment! It’s not normal to be so late for a simple battery problem. They’re obviously waiting for the end of the warranty. It’s outrageous.

And maybe contact the sales department to see what they can offer me as an alternative solution.

You’re going to talk to your boss, I hope it will change something. It has been almost a year without being able to use this damn PC that is still under repair. Chuwi has shown that they are a very small brand without real consistency and that they are incapable of managing customers and the problems related to their equipment


I have 3 children in university and each has their own except for one who has to constantly borrow.

It’s not my fault, I did what was asked and nothing. I have to be patient, when they are willing to answer me and if they are not on leave 7 times a week!

I asked for a new PC or a refund but it was not followed up. It is an indescribable lack of professionalism. I have already had problems with Chinese products and I either received a replacement with a new product or a refund. But Chuwi, it’s a disaster.

I am going to start complaining on all consumer protection platforms in Europe and also post comments on sites and forums like Trustpilot, etc.
