Hello everyone! I’ve ordered a Freeebook last saturday, on monday the tracking code was sent to me, but since tuesday 2 am, nothing has changed. It says it is being delivered to DHL, which is weird to me. I hope they didn’t just stole my money. Support doesn’t answer of course… Ordered fron Germany apparently
It usually takes a few days for updates to appear on tracking. I had the same problem but after a few days it corrected the status plus, sometimes it takes longer to go through customs. One of my systems took 3 weeks to receive, was going through customs for a week before being release.
As Brian59 said, it takes a few days to update. if its sent from Germany, take into account right now they are on holidays this week, so it will be more slow. Lately DHL has been quite lazy on updating the info also, the past few weeks but it always arrives. We had situations in which it appeared in the way and suddenly the next day it shows delivered , or does not show anything and then its already on the country or origin.

I’m sorry, I didn’t want to seem impatient or arrogant. I know about the time difference as I’m in constant contact with my manufacturer is Shenzen😊
