Freebook Win 11 Audio and Backlight not Working

Good day everyone! My Freebook came already updated with Windows 11, but I noticed 2 problems:

My serial number is ZFreeBCY4H240300572.
For the record I have already reinstalled Windows 11 from Local and also Cloud and it hasn’t solved any of both problems, I would really appreciate if you could please help me, many thanks and Happy Holidays!

I suggest you install Windows and drivers from hereis the one that came with it and then try again the keyboard update .

Many thanks for your response! I tried the reinstall with that image, but the problem is still present. I tried to update the drivers, something funny is that when I unzip the folder N100 VC3 Driver, it says minibook x vc3. When I use the Device Manager to try to install it, all of them say ‘Driver was successfully installed on 0 device(s)’. Are these the right drivers?

Hi! I have reinstalled the OS as the tutorial explained, but everything is exactly the same, the same problems are present. I tried to install the drivers and all I get is this:


After reboot, all is the same. So the backlight still doesn’t work, the audio neither and now the autorotation doesn’t work either and when I change to tablet mode the keyboard is still active.

Thanks for your tutorial, but in my case it didn’t work, as in your video it says “installed in 0 devices” and when I reboot the audio is still not available.

Did you install Windows? or just the drivers

Hi! Full Windows following the tutorial you shared with the pen drive. Once installed I tried the drivers and nothing. Should I try in test mode or what can I do?

Hi I didn’t receive any more support. I still have the same problem, I have reinstalled OS and drivers from the Chuwi page, but nothing has worked. The backlight just turns on at boot and never again, audio driver is not visible and cannot be installed from the files given by Chuwi. The acceleremeter does not even work, it gets recognized using the Sensor Explorer app from the Microsoft Store, but no orientation works. Is there a way to have a support remote call?
