I just bought a Genibook for my kid’s homeworks and at the 3th time to turn it on, simply does not work. Batery is full, the keyboard light is on but it does not starts. And after 1h, it turns on in it’s will. What shoul d I do?
Keep pressing the on button for several seconds…
I do…various atempts… than,when some times starts ok,immediately when apears the chuwi logo,it frozen…so,once again…need to turn it off
You may have a problem starting Windows if the laptop turns on and stays on the Chuwi logo.
To repair it you must go to advanced start and there select the repair
