Gemibook X Pro N100 power off with full charged battery

Hi,
My Gemibook XPro N100 power off randomly after a few minutes of use, even it´s full charged. Never does it if connected to power supply.
Was bought in 2023 agust in Aliexpress

Did you also check, the sleeping mode, and the configuration in save battery options?

Hi, checked energy options and that isn’t the problem. Reinstalaed OS and problem not solved.

Там где отмечено поставте никогда(never) в трех строчках и проверте при работе от батареи.

Then you have two options:

Because i dont know where you are from, IF tis Europe send it to repair to Germany (you pay the shipping ) if its other area , you need to send to HK.

I suggest you to go to a local store to maybe ask whats happening if its software it could be easily solved maybe. But if its hardware, then need to send it.

Hi, thank you for you answer.
Finallly I solved the problem by opening the back cover and disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. This seems to have reset something and the battery is now functioning normally. I’m writing this here in case it can help someone in the future.
