Gemibook XPro N100 Does not boot or shutdown properly when in battery mode

Bought online at Chuwi Global Store.
The problem started about a month ago Sept 2024 after a year of purchase. When in battery mode, the laptop cannot boot and shuts down after logging in Windows. When I shut it down, it shuts down immediately and it’s recorded as an unexpected shutdown in event viewer. I can use it fine in battery mode for more than 4 hrs, just as I am typing this post now. I just plug it in until after startup, after that it works fine on battery.

It seems like a hardware issue.
