After reconnecting the battery, the laptop only works on AC power. The battery charges to 100%, is detected in Device Manager without error, and the drivers have been reinstalled. When the power button is held down, the laptop runs on battery power, but when released, it powers off. I removed the battery from Device Manager and reset the BIOS. It didn’t help.
