Hi guys please help me!, i just bought Gemibook Xpro Laptop (1year old). And when i unplugged the charger it will hang for a second and then it automatically shutdown. And not charging it stock to 10% and sometimes %100 battery life, but when i unplugged and remove the charger it shutdown. please help me to fix it.
How is that possible? You just bought it and it’s a year old.
If you just bought it, return it.
It could be that the battery is bad or a connector is faulty.
