H10 Pro keyboard

Hello. I’ve a Hi 10 Pro with serial number HQ64G421709xxxx.
Since some months ago, my keyboard starts working correctly but, after few minutes, it doesn’t work. Also the message “the device doesn’t work correctly” appears.
I checked in the downloads folder but I didn’t find a new driver for my model or another solution for my problem.
I think it is caused by a conflict of windows update but I don’t know since when I have to cancel updates.
