Hello. in my ubook X package i have found the H7 pen chuwi. Anyone could give me info about it? i found together the pen, 2 parts for the pen, ok, but also a sort of ring open in steele. what is the function for this? thanks a lot
Pretty sure the steel ring can be used to more easily pull the tip from the stylus so you can replace it. AFAIK the H7-pen is identical to the H6-pen but uses AAAA-batteries instead of a built-in rechargeable battery.

Hi. I hope that someone could help. I recently bought ubook xpro (windows 11) with h7 pen. My problem is that I have to really press hard pen tip on screen in order to write but again result is disappointing. I would appreciate any suggestion/advice in case you had a similar issue. Thank you.
I have a similar problem, if I press to little i dont get a line. But when i press harder, its difficult to drag the pen arount. Its disappointing.
