CW1514 INTEL Does not power up
HeroBook Pro CW1514 Does not power up

The power led or charging led is lit but if the power button is pressed it cannot display anything. Just black screen.
Did you install something before that happen?
Can you hear the computer make some noise as if it was working but is just the screen does not show anything?
When you connect the charger, do you see any light on the side?
No I did not install anything. I am using the laptop before I went to bed. I shut it down properly. In the morning, I turned it ON but nothing display on the screen. No, noises, nothing and doesn’t show anything. When I connect the charger, I see green light at the left side.
Please write to Service@chuwi.com because it seems hardware failure. Tell them exactly what happened. They will tell you how to repair if its under warranty.
