Laptop Herobook Pro, with chipset N4000, won’t turn on again, battery was completely charged, I see the charging led turn green when I plug the charger, but the computer won’t turn on, it makes a very faint noise and the power led turns on for a second but it doesn’t power up, I opened it up to check after disconnecting the battery, and the same issue persisted, anyone knows what can be happening, and how to fix it?
At this point i can only tell you that needs to repair, because it looks like hardware issue. If its more than a year you bought it, maybe you could go to a local repair place so they can tell you what the problem is, and if its something from hardware maybe we could send the piece if we have stock.
