Herobook (CWI532) doesn't boot up - stays black

Hi everyone,
My grandma recently died and I found her laptop (I think 14.1" screen). However, it won’t start up. The power up light will turn blue but the screen won’t turn on (not even the logo).

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you in advance!

Update: does the powerlight flicker during charging?

You must wait for the battery to finish charging as it may be too low to turn on.
If after fully charged it does not react, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
