Almost two month before, after applying Windows 11 update, my herobook pro fall into restart loop, could not use anymore.
I tried everything I could but the condition did not improve.
I checked most of topics of this forum, related restart loop, but no solutions there.
I made WINPE USB drive as instructions, tried to reinstall Windows, but it never start with any Functional keys ( as F7 or any).
So now my Herobook Pro is just a useless junk box.
Would somebody advise me what can I do now?
What happens at startup after removal of the SSD?
It is under warranty? less than a year?
No, I bought my Herobook Pro (Celeron N4020 8G+258HB) in 2022 from Amazon Japan.
Now I can go into Startup repair mode, but all the functions stop on the way.
Would you please advise how can I repair it or reinstall Win11 on my Herobook again.
I think the instruction stated that Windows 11 reinstall media should be named as “WINPE”, but it might be “WINRE”??
The problem solved with the advise by Japanese support staff.
The steps to reinstalling Windows 11 by WINPE files are little complicated for me.
USB devise will not be automatically recognized on start up, you must open BIOS (Setup utility) mode at first and select USB drive by “Exit” section and restart. Then PC will restart from USB drive.
