Si te da que esta defectosa al pasarla. El servcio tecnico me envio la actualizacion de la BIOS:

De momento , no me ha dado mas pantallas azules y va bastente fluido, lo dicho por el precio no le puedes pedir mas. Así que si quieres probar antes de devolverlo…

Baje el archivo de la BIOS… Como lo pongo? En un pendrive y luego que hago?

Pd: al realizar mdsched.exe me apareció la siguiente pantalla.
Igual trataré de instalarle la BIOS.
The instruction to flash BOIS via USB flash disk.
Please unzip the “BOIS”and copy all the files in BOIS to the root directory of the USB flash disk.
Please format the USB flash disk into the format of “FAT32”and rename it as “WINPE”.
3.The picture is the reference, the BIOS file is based on the actual downloaded BOIS file.
5.Choose “UEFI:Generis,Partition 1”to click “enter”. When the BIOS is finished flashing, please take off the USB flash disk to avoid flashing BOIS again.

Después de ver el estado de las memorias me disponía a prender el Notebook para instalar la BIOS y no prendió más…

AL final lo mande al servicio técnico de España y allí lleva mas de 1 mes creo que me llega la semana que viene…le ha instalado una nueva placa madre que por lo visto viene esta semana de china…a ver que tal?..

Both are correct. They usually respond in 24/48 hours but on Saturdays and Sundays they do not respond
At a bit of a loss as to what I’m meant to be burning to the USB stick. I have an OS.rar and I have a CHUWEI-NQ14E-B parts 1 to 5. Do I simply need to extract the OS.rar to the bootable USB and use that?
About the Windows European Version, there’s a new file called “OS.rar” (9 GB).
What i have to download? This file or the old “1900243-CHIWEI-NQ14E-B.part1” etc…?

Las teclas funcionan bien, entonces no es problema de hardware, pero las teclas no sirven para subir o bajar el brillo.
Saben si alguno de los drivers del archivo del inicio lo resuelve?

It seems this company has broken files everywhere on the site - half the time the files are corrupt on their file-sharing site. I think they’ve posted the wrong bios files here which has bricked my machine too.
CHUWI need to sort their act out and have a proper download area on their own website which details which files to use for which machines… This forum is a hopeless way of providing the correct downloads.
