I have a HeroBox and after to install this disk:
dont recognize him; Doesnt show in the bios and the bios of Herobox doesnt have many options…
The default disk of 180gb recognize…what can I do??
This SSD disk isnt compatible with Chuwi Herobox??
The specs are silent about max supported M.2 SATA SSD.
Check with support@chuwi.com
Edit1 - I think what you have bought is M.2 PCIe (NVMe) but as per specs the default SSD is M.2 SATA.???
The drive you listed is NVMe, Chuwi takes SATA III only. I had the same issue. Had to get an M2 SATA III drive. I purchased this one from WD.
