days/day after I received my Hi10 Go, Device Black-Screened and so I was forced to Power-Button Reset.
On first Reboot ‘Chuwi Logo’ appeared, but then continued to Black-Screen.
Following Resets are entirely Black-Screen WITHOUT ANY logos or anything on the screen.
Device is now in a perpetual state of Black-Screen.
Can you return it under warranty? That’d be my first thought. Get a refund or replacement if it’s faulty from new.
The device had to be reset; after prolonged waiting during black screen. -so the device is functioning now.
May I inquire regarding the Windows version?
It says that it is-
Windows 10 Pro Education
I cannot enable automatic-updates due to the device being registered to a, or ‘under’ an organisation.
May I have a Windows-Key to upgrade to Windows 10 Home, and thus become independent from an ‘organisation’, please?
