HI10x installation, and Updates windows crash PC

Hello, i just receive my HI10X and during the last windows update the PC crashed and now never start

  • i try the reinitialization mode windows, idem it crashed
  • i try the restoration mode, idem crashed (with and without my data)
  • i try to delete last update mode, idem it crashed

is there a conbination touch to hard reset / factory mode the PC ?
I see a little hole on the right just after the type C charge : is it a rest factory butoon in the hole ?

thanks in advance for your help on this kind of problem to reset adn reinstall and new HI10x.

There is no recovery partition in memory, as on some laptops / tablets of other brands. You will have to reinstall Windows.

Hello guys, all are ok but not the last WIN10 update 20H2 error code (0xc1900130) i try mutliple method i see on the forum but nothing works… any idea ?
