Hi, I tried to restore the factory configuration. I’ve downloaded Intel Flash tool, Intel USB driver, Android USB driver. I manage to start the tablet in DNX Fast USB… but nothing happens on the PC : the list of equipments remains blank in Intel Flash Tools. I’m using the small USB port, the one for power charging. Is it OK to use it or do I need to use one of the big ones (black/blue) ?
Still stuck to make Intel Phone Flash work : I installed all soft, drivers… II tried USB port 1,2,3 … nothing. Tablet starts DNX FAST Boot… but nothing appears on my computer. Is there a particular option to enable or disable in the BIOS ?

Hello, i have serial number Hi12 Q64G4517010xxxx.
Android works fine and I want to keep Android.
But Windows can’t update anymore.
I found the 8 .rar files above for
Chuwi Hi12 Dualboot Windows(TP) for Z8350CPU.
Before I clean install Windows:
-Can I leave BIOS like it is?
-Are all the drivers in those files? (for touchpad, touchscreen, H1pen, SDcardreader, Bluetooth/wifi…)
-Is it only part01 that I have to copy to USB stick WINPE with 7zip and will the other 7 parts processed automaticaly?

I named the USB stick “WINPE” and copied the files to it. Then pressed F7 while starting up.
Then I get the blue screen for one minute and after one minute total black screen (shut down) nothing changes. No Result with other USB stick or port.

I found a working driver for the microphone of Chuwi HI12, so that there is no need of deinstalling tt before a reboot.
The driver is
Intel SST Audio Device (WDM)
Publisher: Intel
Version: 604.10135.2894.38424
Date: 14/10/2016
The driver was found by the driver update program “Driver Booster 8”.
Also, for anyone whose chuwi HI12 is not charging while switched on, try to use a new, better, usb cable: after the replacement my device is always correctly recharging.
