HiPad X speaker issue

Hello My HiPad X just stopped making any sound. No music just vibration, I have the android version 11 no updates needed.

Everything is good just the speaker. I Reset it twice and still nothing.

I don’t wanna factory reset and lose everything, what else can I do?

P.S I bought it in February 2025

Try connecting headphones.

I did and they worked for sometime but stopped :disappointed_face:

It could be a hardware problem. :nauseated_face:

The only thing we can recommend is either send to repair or go to a store so they can check its not software related
