We have over 400 HiPadX tab’s in use. All are enrolled on ManageEngine MDM. The only thing not working is remote control. We can access the device, view the screen, but not get remote control.
According to ManageEngine, Chuwi needs to digitally sign the ME app before remote control can be enabled.
Have not received any response from service@chuwi.com. Any assistance to get this issue resolved will be appriciated.
