I need help with my chuwi x10

My chuwi Hi10x number : Hi10x Q128GH620605726

My problem is that the bios don’t recognize the drive. Bios locked and just loop. All start with a bios password. I have tried to repair. Last tip is to ask chuwi the master password to the bios.

Thank you in advance

The BIOS master password: what’s that ?
The BIOS doesn’t have master passwords.

Can you explain what the problem is ?

Hi Bruno. Sorry what I need is the factory bios password, so I could find the drive. It doesn’t come in the boot choices.
Every start with the windows installed, I allready ad a password and now is just press enter (only goes with keyboard) the touchscreen does not iniciate. Whem I did the repair tool for windows or reinstall fresh started the bios loop, even the date is rong. I putted the date approximately, no secs are able to change.

I really liked the tablet but didn’t use it much. Now I really need a windows tablet.

Thanks for the rapide answer.

I don’t understand what you’re explaining. I don’t have the tablet.
I think you speak Spanish, but I don’t understand what you’re writing in English.
Do you have a tablet with BIOS or recovery, or both?
Does the tablet have Android and Windows or just one?
I have no idea why you have a password.
Before reinstalling, you should remove the passwords.
When I enter the BIOS and change the date, I click “Save” changes.
If the BIOS doesn’t let you change the time, you may have a hardware problem.

I just have windows, I did use a bios password for security.. Bios recovery doesn’t recover, just loops to bios. Save optimized don’t result further.
What if I take out the clock battery?

I don’t understand what a BIOS recovery is. It doesn’t recover, it just returns to the BIOS.

What you’re trying to say is that it always asks for the password.

For security, you should write down the passwords.

Hi Bruno, I know the password of course but I don’t need it anymore, I just press enter to get the bios menu. In the menu you have a boot order according your choice. Normally you get in the boot menu the SSD.
I do not get that.
I have tried to create a bootable USB pen whit the chuwi files for that, result was nothing.
Just a loop around bios.

You don’t get that.

I download Windows from the Microsoft website.

I did that instalation allready, the USB is recognized but the drive to install isn’t.

You can check in advanced options:

Upload photos of how you boot with the installation USB.

I chose the USB as the first bootable hardware

When you turn it on you must press F7 to choose the boot

Ok but comes in Chinese. Chose one? What’s the order?

You can translate with the phone

No, I can’t. It’s a small menu (top left) in chinese written

I have a boot menu in English.
Have you checked the BIOS in: main, language?

So what is the final conclusion? it is solved?

Pt-pt

Não consegui nada, boot pelo usb já tinha tentado. Usei ficheiros da chuwi. F7 só deu que agora fiquei sem conseguir aceder ao teclado. Neste momento está pior.
