I bought the product last year June 2025
I reinstalled the windows 11 because I am having ghost touch. However the touchscreen, camera, pen are not working. How do I fix it? Do you have videos on how to fix this?
You reinstalled Windows. You can back up the drivers from Windows.
You can download the operating system and drivers from the Chuwi website, in the “Support” and “Downloads” sections.

I followed your instructions but its not working. There are also a lot of drivers that needs to be installed. Can you help me with this? Do you have a tutorial on youtube that I can follow to fix all this missing drivers?
You can use an app to update the drivers, like Snappy or something similar.
I really appreciate your response however I am not that techy to understand what you are saying.
I was able to get the OS directly from Chuwi but in zipped format. Can you please create a document tutorial on how to install the windows 11 from Chuwi. My problem is I dont know how to transfer the zipped format to the flash drive then turn it to ISO for me to reinstall the windows 11.

I tried your advice but the usb doesnt pop up as bootable device. I even manage to change the bios.
