Hello, I have the same problem.
Bought a Chuwi UBook X Pro 2023 in September 2023, so still within warranty.
2 weeks ago the hard disk did not boot any more, send a ticket to support and got no answer at all. They are just not replying.
Very annoying and really a bad after sales support. So I do not know what to do to have the U Book repaired…
It is service ticket 15684, bought the Ubook in via the EU online store.
Please come back to me to explain what I need to do

Menu-Explore -Contact us- Aftersales Service
-Fill the form aftersales
-Dont forget to write INSIDE in the message:
1-Serial Number /
2-Where are you from:
3-when did you buy it:
4- Where did you buy it with proofs(screen capture of the sale , emails etcc, for warranty purposes)
5-if you are willing to send if to HK (shipping fees from you house to HK is paid by you.
*They answer in 48h

You need to write to support. They handle it from there.
It is written in conditions in the store. After 14 days passed, the shipping cost for repair should be payed by customer.
Repair charges is also included?
You have to write in Amazon site when you are sales on online platform
I asked and i was told that you need to write an email to services@chuwiindia.com, they will inform you of everything there, and if also repair.

2 weeks ago I got the instruction to send my Chuwi UBook to
Othello -CW-Shopify-#EU2433
Kieselstr. 3-5
51371 Leverkusen
for repair. So I did and asked as to inform me aboout status and next steps, whether it can be repaired in Germany or needs to be send to Hongkong or China.
I still have no information, pure silence…
Also the Othello shop in Leverkusen (I thought the company doing the repair) is not able to tell me anything when I called them.
I bought the device in the online shop
