Laptop retured to a wrong address, hasn't been fixed and ignored by chuwi after sale team

The after-sale support and ignorance I have experienced with this ‘company’ is beyond parody. There is why:

My laptop has developed hardware problems: some random keys have suddenly stopped working after a few months of using it. I filled the after sale online form and the chuwi team requested by email to send my laptop to geram repair centre to be fixed. The laptop was sent with a note attached with a clearly described problem and returned address as it has been requested in the emails by chuwi team. The ticket number of this issues is/was: #28349

The laptop, after one month in the german repair centre, has been:

  • Return to the wrong address which took me time, effort and money to recover it. Although the note with a clear return address has been attached with a laptop as requested by chuwi.
  • The laptop has been returned (to a wrong address!!!) without any fix whatsoever. The same problem I was experienced before, I have been experiencing since the laptop has been returned: the same random keys of keyboard are not working.

Moreover, I have sent two emails (support@chuwi.com) asking chuwi to explain what happened with the repairs: why my laptop has NOT been fixed at all and why it has been sent to a completely wrong address. I asked for a solution to this problem as well. I have been ignored (email sent twice) by chuwi team since I sent the emails 3 weeks ago.

IS that a normal behaviour? I haven’t been able to use my laptop since january!!!

I have just filled an online form again and been given a new ticket: 32235.

I’d like some management from chuwi to explain this situation to me and I’d like to request a full refund since I don’t really want to deal with this company ever again.

I apologize for the mistake. Unfortunately we dont own our own repair center, we are still a small brand, so we need to share the repair center wiht other brands, so there is a delay on it, and also the repair center made a mistake and mixed 2 computers and got wrong the address and what had to be repaired. Thats why everything got wrong. Normally it does not happen but this time the computers were similar. I sent this to the person handling the repairs and this time they will do things correctly
