Laptop units in Germany for repair

Hello we are reseller of Chuwi laptops and pc from Croatia, we have send 2 units for repairs.
Unit with serial number ZCoBXplY12H24031780 that was sent to Germany for repairs on 12.9 with DPD shipment number 17502018347059. Still no anwser from anyone ! After mail from support that said that we send the unit there there is no aditional support or anwser from no one.
Can u plz help, and give back some info.
