Laptop wont boot/start

Hi, im using minibook x n100
Serial ZminBXHY4H240201667

It wont boot up after i leave the laptop sleep.
I see many having the same issue with chuwi.

It wont boot but power led light is on.
I tried force turn off the laptop by pressing 15 seconds, it did turn off.
But when i tried to turn on back, it still wont boot and led light is on.

I wanted to try taking out the battery out for 30 mins and put it back in BEFORE i send for warranty however the case is bolted with screw,

Can i know if open the case, will it void my warranty ?

Or if anyone have better solution, please advice

Hi, may i know is warranty seal broken if i open the case, the battery is inside the case.

I know for a fact the case and the battery is bolted,
This could just be a circulation problem, which i can fix it myself.

Please advice me about the warranty first.

Other solution i already tried, now its either i test to take out the battery or i send for warranty

I’ll leave up to Chuwi if the warranty is void when breaking the seal. If I couldn’t get the laptop to start, I’d open the case and test if removing the SSD would solve the issue. Removing SSD prevents to read the UEFI partition upon start.

Cheers, Jaap

Hi, please advice on the forum about the warranty, what and how should i send for warranty

@ChuwiSpainSupport hello ?

I was waiting for an answer, no in theory does not void the warranty unless you destroy the computer, but just checking connecting and desconnecting no.

@ChuwiSpainSupport ermmm…… please help confirm, i dont want to act by theory.

Once you confirm it wont void warranty, i will take it to local shop to diagnose it.
Whether its ram/motherboard, circulatory issue.
If local shop can fix it, then i wont bother send for warranty.

Please confirm the warranty question for me. Thanks.

Hi, i have tried open the case and remove battery, and ssd. Non worked.
This is motherboard/ram/power chip issue.

Please guide how to process for warranty @ChuwiSpainSupport

This laptop total usage hour not more than 80 hours total, i know this is inexpensive but, still i hope a bit more usage than this…… or maybe im just unlucky

Hi i just confirmed it is motherboard/ram/powerchip issue. I wont be able to fix it.
Please proceed for warranty, please guide how to proceed for warranty.

You can write here and explain everything you did, so my colleagues dont waste time and go straight:

If its less than one year since you buy it, you can send it to repair , shipping is on you, and repair and shipping back on us
IF its more than a year then everything is on you
If its the motherboard is super sure that should need to be sent to Hong KOng
