Microphone on Windows 10 and Windows 11 don’t work, I have buy a usb adapter for jack but the issues is the same… Someone have a solutions ?

If the issue is the same even with the USB adapter, it’s not the RZ Box, but more likely a configuration issue or your microphone is broken or requires other software. Does it work on another PC with the USB Adapter?
Yes, I m using always the same headphone and I have already try the USB adapter in other computer, do you know which other driver I need ?
I have checked al windows permission for microphone and all is ok

I do another try and with a google meet between two computer, the chuwi mic send an electric sound very low, I can hear the mic only if I knock on it

Hi i believe your problem is software go to settings and look more deep there you can see input and output digital or analogue device sometime they been muted by default and you need to give permission to use it don’t forget sometime you have 2 different programs to check not only default windows and audio driver have separate settings go there too.
