Minibook EFI Shell Boot Screen

Hi,

I’ve a minibook 8100y 8gb 256gbssd for almost a month now, since the first time, when I turn on the pc it shows me the EFI shell screen and I have to turn off and turn on again the pc…the second time always boots correctly.

I’ve already tried to format and make a clean install of windows 10, but nothing has changed =/

I checked my BIOS and everything is the same, with the exception of the “Boot configuration” which is set to 2.
