панель управления > все элементы управления питанием > электропитание >изменение параметров схемы >и в активной схеме Изменить дополнительные параметры питания > управление питанием процессора > в максимальном состоянии процессора ставим 99% .
и писк проходит совсем . Как при подключенном зарядном устройстве так и работа от батерее полная тишина .
