Minibook X, constantly freezing

My recently acquired device is exhibiting intermittent freezing and spontaneous restart behaviors. These issues are occurring despite the device’s out-of-the-box configuration and the absence of any installed software.

Initial troubleshooting steps, including Windows and driver updates, have been performed to address potential video or graphics-related problems, but the issue persists.

Are there any recommended solutions, or has anyone encountered a similar problem?
