My gemibook x pro has constant blue screen crashes and memory fails please help

My gemibook x pro has blue screen crashes from the beginning…when updating windows updates it fails everytime with blue screen crash …so I finally ran a memory diagnostics in windows results are below …please help …I tried fresh windows install and everything …problems are still there …

Less than 14 days passed since you bought? In that case you could return for replace.

I bought my laptop through Flipkart India. It’s more than 14 days now. My dealer told me it’s problem with windows driver please help…me to replace this
