Al momento de comprar la tablet me pidió agregar un código, cuando llegue a la casa pongo el código y me sale incorrecto, necesito hacer hard reset pero no me deja, ayuda por favor.

Buenas tardes, en mi país necesito homologar la tablet Hi10 Xpro y requiero de tres datos que son los siguientes:
1.- Organismo Internacional que emite el certificado del equipo.
2.- Número de identificación del certificado
3.- URL que permita verificar el certificado.
Por favor su ayuda indicando cómo puedo obtener esta información
