I purchased a new HiPad XPro (Android 12), it arrived yesterday, and today the screen started to freeze up. There is plenty of RAM so that is not the problem. I need to reboot every time for the screen to respond. I have not (yet) left feedback for Chuwi on the seller’s website. Please solve my problem. Thank you!
