New LapBook Plus is delivered to me from Chuwi store yesterday. After charging it fully and the charging indicator turned green, I pressed the power button. It turns on and the keyboard light blinks for a second and then turned off. I long pressed the power button yet nothing happens. It is not booting up at all. It is brand new and I did not use it at all. What should I do?
